Common Signs
- Shallow holes or torn-up patches of sod each morning
- Burrow openings near the foundation, AC pad or shed
- Uprooted flower beds and mulch
- Soil pushed out from under a slab or pool deck
Our Armadillo Trapping Process
Armadillos don't respond to bait the way other animals do, so trap placement matters. We locate active burrows and travel paths, then position traps where the animal is guided in.
Traps are checked regularly. After removal we can advise on filling burrows and reducing the grub activity that draws armadillos to your yard.
Where We See Armadillos Most
Larger lots and green areas in Davie, Southwest Ranches, Cooper City, Weston and Plantation see frequent armadillo activity, but they turn up across Broward County.
